This is the part most agencies skip, because it is the part that makes their work checkable.
An agency that cannot tell you what a lead costs is asking you to take marketing on faith. That is a bad deal in any month and an unacceptable one in a slow quarter, which is exactly when you most need to know which half of the spend is working.
Tracking is set up before the campaigns run, not bolted on afterwards when someone asks an awkward question. Calls are tracked and attributed. Forms record what brought the person there. Orders carry revenue. Rankings are recorded by keyword and by market so movement is visible rather than asserted.
It arrives as one report on the first of the month that a busy owner can read in five minutes: what came in, what it cost, what it was worth, and what we are doing differently next month. If a number is flat you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
Tracking numbers that record where a caller came from, and forms that carry their source through to the notification. For most local businesses the phone is still the main event, and a report that only counts form fills is measuring the smaller half.
Order and revenue tracking so a store can see return on ad spend by campaign and by product rather than a single blended number that hides the losers inside the winners.
Visitor analytics run on our own infrastructure rather than depending on a third-party tag that ad blockers refuse and privacy settings drop. The data belongs to the site it was collected on, and it is disclosed in a privacy notice naming the operator.
The tracking history is yours. Analytics accounts are in your name, the visitor data is exportable, and none of it is held hostage to keep you subscribed. An ownership promise that does not survive an unhappy ending is not a promise.
Every site below is live and reads under the same site check as yours. Nothing here is a mockup.
You get a login. The report is a summary, not the only view — the underlying accounts are yours and you can look at them whenever you like.
It goes with you. Accounts are in your name, the visitor history is exportable, and we remove you from monitoring rather than switching anything off you might still need.
Visitor analytics are first-party and disclosed in a privacy notice on the site that names the operator. Collecting first and disclosing later is the one order that is genuinely a problem, so we do it the other way round.
We come back with a first look at what your site could be and a fixed quote. No deck, no discovery fee.
