Every service line, quotable.

A B2B sale has a long memory and several people in the room. The site is not closing the deal — it is surviving the shortlist.

Industrial and B2B buyers research quietly and at length. They arrive knowing roughly what they need, they compare three or four suppliers, and they are looking for reasons to eliminate rather than reasons to buy. A site that cannot answer a specification question is removed from the list before anyone speaks to you.

That makes depth the whole game. Every service line needs its own page with real technical detail, real terms and a clear path to a quote. Vague capability statements are what get you cut.

The work below spans industrial supply, wastewater engineering and a software product — all of them built around a buyer who wants specifics before they want a conversation.

How it is done

04
01

Depth over polish

Specifications, tolerances, materials, approvals, capacities, service areas and terms. The detail that a serious buyer needs and that a competitor is too lazy to publish is the detail that wins the shortlist.

02

Search built on buyer intent

Industrial search volume is low and enormously valuable. The keywords worth having are specific and unglamorous, and the pages that win them are the ones written by somebody who understood the product.

03

A quote path per service line

Different service lines have different qualifying questions. One generic contact form asks a purchasing manager to explain their whole requirement into a text box; a per-line quote path asks the four things you actually need to price it.

04

Attribution across a long cycle

When a deal closes six months after the first visit, last-click reporting will credit the wrong thing. Leads carry their original source through so the channel that started the relationship is still visible when it finishes.

Questions

Our product is genuinely complicated. Can you write it?+

We write from your material and your people, then you check it. On the septic engineering build the specifications came from the distributor’s own state approval rather than the manufacturer’s general literature, because those two documents disagree and only one of them is what the state allows.

We sell through distributors. Does a site still matter?+

More, not less. The end buyer researches before they contact anyone, and if your product is invisible at that stage the distributor never gets asked for it.

How do you measure this when deals take months?+

By tracking qualified leads and their source rather than pretending revenue attribution is clean. The report says how many real enquiries came in, from where, and what they cost.
