A site is not a brochure. It is the thing every ad, every search result and every referral lands on, and it either takes the action or it does not.
Most small-business sites are a template with a photograph swapped in. They load slowly because a page builder is rendering a dozen plugins, they say the same three things every competitor says, and the contact form goes to an inbox nobody reads. That is not a website problem. It is a business losing the leads it already paid to attract.
We design and engineer in one motion. There is no handoff between a designer who does not code and a developer who did not draw it, which is why the thing that ships looks like the thing that was designed and still loads fast on a phone in a parking lot.
The stack suits the build rather than the other way round. Most sites are Next.js, deployed to Vercel with Cloudflare in front where it helps. When a project genuinely needs more — long-running processes, a database we control, a runtime that is not JavaScript — it gets a managed box or a cloud account of its own. What never changes is that the repository carries your name.

Every page is built backwards from the thing you need someone to do: call, book, request an estimate, buy, or fill in the form. The layout, the copy and the position of every button follow from that decision instead of from a template that was drawn before anyone knew what you sell.
Fast where it matters
Speed is measured on a mid-range phone on a normal connection, not on a laptop plugged into fibre. Images carry their dimensions so the layout does not jump while it loads, and the page weight stays low enough that the first screen arrives before someone gives up.

One page listing nine services ranks for none of them. Each service, product line and market it makes sense to serve gets its own page, with the schema and internal linking that lets search engines understand how they relate.
You can publish without us
Sites come with an editor and a login on your own domain. Write a post, add pictures, hit publish, and the site rebuilds and goes live. No ticket, no invoice, no waiting for an agency to get to it on Thursday.

How long does a build take?+
About two weeks from the call to launch on your domain in most cases. Larger stores and multi-market builds take longer, and we say so before the work starts rather than after.
Why not WordPress?+
Because plugins break, page builders are slow, and a site assembled from twelve third-party extensions has twelve ways to go down at two in the morning. Custom code has fewer moving parts and is faster on the devices your customers actually hold.
Can I move it to another developer later?+
Yes, and that is the point. The code sits in a repository with your name on it. Hand the keys to anyone you like — there is no proprietary platform to be extracted from and no buyout fee.
